PX-300 – everything the audience asks for

Newcomer wanted for stage star : “Do nothing except play music” – “Make it to the top of the charts” – “Have my own band”. This is what budding musicians dream of. They constantly have songs on their minds, can't stop that beat, but still don't have an instrument worthy of the stage. But now the spotlight has hit home: CASIO is unveiling the PX-300 as a stage-ready, yet affordable digital piano. Even without a recording contract and a scheduled tour.
In the beginning is the sound check: No problem for PX-300 with its Dual Element ZPI sound source technology, developed especially for
the PRIVIA product line and providing for impressive sound experiences. Top-notch samples and smooth transitions between sample points produce a uniquely clear and authentic sound which will please both performer and audience alike. An authentic piano touch will be experienced when playing in grand piano stereo.
At the same time, the newly developed, Natural Scaled Hammer Action keyboard with its 88 balanced keys reproduces its classical model close to perfectly. In addition, there are 158 inspiring tones (30 panel tones + 128 GM tones), a split/layer function as well as reverb and chorus for creative music sessions. As far as automatic accompaniment is concerned, PX-300 offers 20 special piano patterns and 100 rhythms. And for soloists there is no need to do without an accompanying ensemble. What an atmosphere!
After the last encore the instrument is dismantled with ease and brought away in a jiffy. Back to the home studio: As a real MIDI instrument (IN, OUT, THRU), PX-300 can also be used for professional programming. The integrated Flash ROM PX-300 features has enough room for 10 files to be stored and rendered. The 2-track song sequencer (5,200 notes) is an added feature prized by musicians who are constantly performing. The PX-300 also has the perfect design for a perfect stage performance.
